Find Another Way

17 years already. Thank God for another year of life.

I will never see those people again. I wish them the best in all that they do. Dang, I’m going to miss them.

I just saw a picture of them and it just hit me. My uncle passed away this morning. I will never see him or my aunt again. They left in good standing and lived long lives.They parted only a week from each other. It’s sad but they will be in a better place. <3

Birthday celebration tomorrow! Birthday in two days! Internship in a week! Two more days left of school! Excellent grades! New CD for my car!

My grandma was giving me crap about wanting to go up state for college. Like seriously, what the hell? She thinks I’ll come back corrupt and gay like my uncle. I’m going to the suburbs for crying out loud. It isn’t even so great down here. Half the kids, maybe even more, do drugs, have sex and drink.. excessively. If I wanted to get messed up I would have already. Just this whole thing frustrates me. I feel like I’m suffocating down here. I want to see the world, new places, new people. Can you let me do that, Grandma?

I don’t even know if I will get in or if I can even pay for it. That scares me witless.
